Purchases made through the Sneakerlab online store are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled through secure connections. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited. Complete the order form true and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief.
The shipping cost depends on the destination.
Greece is free over 50€
Europe is 12€.
International delivery (outside EU) is 20€.
Orders should arrive within 2-4 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. For Greece is in 2-4 working days, Europe in 5-7 working days and rest of the world 10-20 working days. Sneakerlab is NOT responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, Sneakerlab has NO control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment. All international orders are shipped with Hellenic Post (Registered).
By acknowledging and agreeing the terms and conditions customers having being shipped items are not entitled to request cancellation during goods in transit period. All costs will burden the customer. The above terms conditions are used in case of disputes with PayPal or Credit Card transactions.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
If you’d like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we don’t pack and ship the order.
Always type ‘CANCELLATION’ or ‘ORDER CHANGE’ along with your order number in the subject field on the email and we will look into the matter.
If an order is cancelled before it has been sent out we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10 EURO.
We reserve our rights to cancel any order that is done in multiple quantities on the same item.
Especially on limited items and sneakers.
Customers can return an item within 10 days at your own expense. The item have to be un-used and in new condition. Both the returned item AND the packaging has to be in un-used as new condition, if the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the merchandise.
We will either exchange the returning item(s) and send it to you freight-free or refund your money, right after we have received them and checked its condition.
Sneakerlab does not refund shipping costs. Even if there is a “Shipping Free” transaction applied,
Sneakerlab has the right to remove the shipping cost, providing legal receipt of it to the buyer.
If you place an order and refuse the package when it arrives, you will not get a full refund for your order. You will be charged with the costs of the shipping fees, and also with an additional penalty fee of 10% of the orders value or at least 25 Euro.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
You understand and agree that Sneakerlab shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Sneakerlab will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
When ordering goods from Sneakerlab for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, Sneakerlab is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Sneakerlab cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
